REMOVE FRONT FENDER LINER RH 

a

Remove the 9 clips and fender liner

DISCONNECT FRONT FENDER APRON SEAL RH 

a

Using a clip remover, remove the 2 clips and fold back the fender apron seal

REMOVE NO. 2 AIR INJECTION SYSTEM HOSE

Engine Room Side:

Disconnect the 2 clamps

Disconnect the No  2 hose   

3

Using a clip remover, remove the clamp from the body panel

Front Fender RH Inside: 

1

Disconnect the clamp   

2

Disconnect the No  2 hose from the air pump

REMOVE NO. 3 AIR INJECTION SYSTEM HOSE

Engine Room Side:

Disconnect the clamp and No  3 hose   

2

Using a clip remover, remove the clamp from the body panel

Front Fender RH Inside: 

1

Disconnect the No  3 hose from the air pump   

2

Using a clip remover, remove the clamp from the body panel

REMOVE AIR PUMP ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET 

a

Disconnect the 2 air pump connectors and detach the 3 wire harness claws

Remove the 2 bolts, 2 nuts and air pump

REMOVE AIR PUMP INLET 

a

Remove the 2 bolts and air pump inlet

DISCONNECT NO. 1 AIR INJECTION SYSTEM HOSE 

a

Disconnect the 2 hoses

REMOVE AIR PUMP ASSEMBLY 

a

Using a clip remover, detach the 2 clamps and remove the air pump from the bracket   

b

Disconnect the 6 air pump insulators
