[WITH I-KEY & SUPER LOCK]

DOOR LOCK ACTUATOR

Is the inspection result normal?

YES

>> GO TO 2.

NO

>> GO TO 4.

2.

CHECK BACK DOOR LOCK ACTUATOR HARNESS

1.

Disconnect BCM and back door lock assembly.

2.

Check continuity between BCM connector (A) M20 terminal 68
and back door lock assembly connector (B) D405 terminal 1.

Is the inspection result normal?

YES

>> GO TO 3.

NO

>> Repair or replace harness.

3.

CHECK BACK DOOR LOCK ACTUATOR GROUND CIRCUIT

Check continuity between back door lock assembly connector D405
terminal 2 and ground.

Is the inspection result normal?

YES

>> Replace back door lock assembly.

NO

>> Repair or replace harness.

4.

CHECK DOOR LOCK ACTUATOR HARNESS

1.

Disconnect BCM and back door lock actuator.

ground.

Is the inspection result normal?

YES

>> Harness is OK. Refer to 

DLK-339, "BACK DOOR : Component Inspection"

.

NO

>> Repair or replace harness.

CHECK TRUNK LAMP SWITCH

Momentarilly, connect battery power supply to back door lock
assembly terminals and check for actuator operation.

Is the inspection result normal?

YES

>> Replace BCM. Refer to 

XX-XX, "*****"

>> Replace back door lock assembly.

CHECK FUNCTION

1.

Use CONSULT-III to perform Active Test "SUPER LOCK".

2.

Touch “LOCK” or “UNLOCK” to check that it works normally.

Is the inspection result normal?

YES

>> Front super lock actuator (driver side) is OK.

NO

>> Refer to 

DLK-340, "DRIVER SIDE : Diagnosis Procedure"

CHECK DOOR LOCK ACTUATOR SIGNAL

1.

Turn ignition switch OFF.

2.

Check voltage between BCM connector M20 terminals 75, 76
and ground.

Is the inspection result normal?

YES

>> GO TO 2.

NO

>> GO TO 3.

CHECK SUPER LOCK ACTUATOR HARNESS

1.

Disconnect BCM and front door lock actuator (driver side).

76 and front door lock actuator (driver side) connector (B) D14
terminals 1, 2. 

Is the inspection result normal?

YES

>> Replace super lock actuator (driver side).

NO

>> Repair or replace harness.

3.

CHECK SUPER LOCK ACTUATOR HARNESS

1.

Disconnect BCM and front door lock actuator (driver side).

2.

Check continuity between BCM connector M20 terminals 75, 76
and ground.

Is the inspection result normal?

YES

>> Replace BCM. Refer to 

XX-XX, "*****"

NO

>> Repair or replace harness.
