11. Install the lower gearshift lever. 

1. Position the gearshift level.  

2. Position the dust cover.  

3. Install the dust cover bolts.

Disassembly 

1. Inspect the input shaft bearing; refer to BEARINGS - INSPECTION .  

2. Remove and discard the front bearing oil scoop ring (7046)
