III. Disassembly & assembly of the right front compartment wiring harness 

Part No.：A18-3724290 

(I).Preparation 

Tools： 

Ring wrench 10#, Phillips screwdriver, slotted screwdriver

 

(II).Attentions 

Firstly  cutting  the  power  is  a  must  before  disassemble 

electric components & wiring harness 

The ignition switch must be in a close state. 

  (III).

Disassembly steps

 

1. Please take out the plug-in unit of the right turning lamp 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

2. Please use the lifter to lift the car 

3.  Please  take  out  the  plug-in  unit  of  the  right  front  fog 

lamp from the underside of the front bumper 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

4. Please take out the plug-in unit of the right headlamp

5.  Please  take  out  the  plug-in  unit  with  the  horn  from  the 

under side of the front bumper 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

6.  Please  take  out  the  plug-in  unit  of  the  air  conditioner 

clutch 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

7.  Please  disassemble  the  negative  electrode  earthed  wire 

at the right side with the wrench 10# 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

8.  Please  take  out  the  plug-in  unit  of  the  air  conditioner 

high pressure & low pressure switch   

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

9. Please take out the rubber protective cover

10. Please take out the plug-in unit with the wiring harness 

of  the  inside  floor  and  take  out  the  wiring  harness 

assembly of the right front compartment 

 

 

 

 

(IV).

Assembly steps

 

Assemble  according  to  the  inverted  sequence  of  the
