9). Idle speed unsteadiness or flameout when using load (air conditioner, etc.)

commutator between ECU and wire harness, 
and then measure to see if there is signal input

ECU.

electromagnetic clutch of compressor and air 
conditioning pump are in good order.

(output to idle speed actuator) are normal.

ground, ignition switch pins as well as 65#, 64#, 
67#, and 66# pins (output to idle speed actuator) 
are in good order.
