8.    Remove the snap ring on 1

  Separate the clutch drum 

from the clutch’s inner racer.     

 
 

ssembly procedure:   

Install the one-way overrun 

correctly; 

  Press down the clutch drum; 

 Install the snap ring on the 

one-way overrun clutch’s inner 

racer;

4.    Press the clutch’s outer racer on the one-way overrun clutch drum;

  Install the snap ring on the output 

shaft;  

 Install the output ring and

one-way overrun clutch into the 

housing;

  Take off the governor’s shield;

2. Install the spring and two 

adjusting valve spindles on the 

governor’s case. Then fix them 

with lock pieces; 

 Install the centrifugal bock on the 

governor’s drum and fix it with a 

bolt: tightening torque: 10Nm.   

 
 

 Connect the governor’s case and 

the drum with bolts: tightening
