isassembly procedure:   

 Remove the transmission 

assembly from the whole vehicle;   

  Remove the torque converter;   

  After the oil is drained, fix the transmission on a rack;   

  Face the side with oil pan upwards;   

  Remove the oil pan and its gasket;

8. Turn the transmission by 90 

degree and face the converter 

case upwards;   

Loosen the bolt connecting 

the converter case with the 

housing.   

 

10.Take off the converter case 

and its gasket. Take off the 

odometer’s drive gear; 

 
 

.Take out the differential;

12. Loosen the bolt connecting the 

middle seat with the housing. 

.Take out the middle seat, oil 

pump and brake C; 

 
 

.Take out the adjusting washer

15.Loosen the lock nut. Rotate the 

adjusting bolt counterclockwise.
